Reflective Journal Examples

Many students are required to write a reflective journal for a semester assignment. It is a great way to integrate your new knowledge of theories and models, and apply them to your own life. Academic scrapbooking!

Always check with your tutor/lecturer about expectations of in-text referencing.

Here are some cyber example resources:

This post reminded me of the sleepless nights I had to endure because I have to finish all my reflective journals in two nights. I ended up like that because I did not write on time. It was a lesson learned from me.

Hi Amie~ yes, unfortunately some curriculum lacks the linking of critical reflection to experiential learning~ to us seeing how we can take ownership of our learning, develop self confidence in what we think and challenging ourselves about why we think as we do. Do you find blogging a way to critically reflect? I know I do ~:-)
