An interesting study brief is supplied over at The Frontal Cortex, with a graph illustrating higher-income earning women as getting a much better sleep at night than the rest of us. What an insight @_<
Here is a comparison of my ususual sleeping pattern of 8 hours p/nght x AU$35-50K in wages before tax. Hmm - I am sleeping about 50 m more than cohorts in the study, my sleep duration is about 7.5 h (i.e., appx. 2 h more), my sleep latencey is on par at around 20 m, and how to gauge sleep efficacy? I think mine is around 90% (hee hee), that’s 10% more than my cohort group.
