Sriracha (SIR-rotch-ah) is a town om the Chonburi Province of Thailand and is well known locally for its chilli pastes. However, this famous sauce is manufactured in LA by Chinese born, Vietnamese grown, North American citizen, Mr Tran. Garlic has been found to improve learning in rats by enhancing attention:

I was not able to find any empirical studies of the effects of garlic, chilli or spicy foods on attention, memory and learning in humans. But I am a believer ~:-) And at the very least, the boost to your metabolism and antibiotic effects will aid your health in general.
