As a girls highschool volleyball coach for over thirteen years at notre dame house of studies here on the island of guam, i have come to the realization that collectively the athletes(team)sshould have similar goals and outcomes hence the outcomes of a season aren’t either surprising nor disappointing, as once a team collectively identifies their goals and expected outcomes the road in the season though challenging but nevertheless satisfying for all of us,I’m happy to say having athletes collectively focused on the same goals and outcomes have brought notre dame house of studies several islnd highschool championship titles, among them several undefeated seasons.
