Hi, what I read was interesting. I agree that change in an organization is not optional, but must happen to keep things growing. I know personally that change is hard especially when it comes from top down with no input from the staff.

It is crazy in the Age of Inclusiveness that those at the grassroots/coal face are not valued for their opinions, ideas and problem-solving abilities.
